Debt Review, or Debt Counselling/Debt Consolidation, is an NCR-regulated program established by the National Credit Act. It helps over-indebted individuals become debt-free. A Debt Counsellor evaluates the consumer's financial situation and restructures their debts with a payment plan (proposal) that benefits both the consumer and the credit provider, considering for essential living expenses and debt obligations.
